I worked with hamid over some time to organise two weeks travelling around Morocco. He made many suggestions and in the end he made the organising very easy. The two weeks were just the best.

He was our driver/guide for this time and he is one great person. His driving abilities were great which meant we felt safe all the time. What was even more impressive is Hamid is a personable guy who we talked to a fair bit. He is so proud and knowledgeable about his country. Hamid also kept a close yet distant eye on us to ensure we were ok, that we ate in safe/clean places, that we used clean bathrooms and to also ensure we did not get ripped off. But there is more to add re Hamid, also continued to surprise us with unexpected places we went to including where he likes to hit the beach to relax, finding and talking to various nomads and to go looking for fossils in the desert.

The accommodation was also great, cool and clean where we stayed in some interesting places including local riads. We ate in a number of these places to and the food was enjoyable.

7 Days Fun support their driver/guides at times with other more expert guides in some of the cities. This worked well and all of these guides were also very knowledgeable.

My travel friend and I have done a few private tours now and for me this has been the best we have been on which is a combination of going to Morocco and choosing “7 Days Fun”.

My husband and I recently completed an amazing 15 day tour of Morocco.
We planned our itinerary with the help of Hamid who was always responding quickly to our questions. His quick responses were above our expectations.

We were met in Casablanca by our driver Hassan who stayed with us for the duration of our trip.

Hassan was very attentive to our needs and always made sure that everything was ok, was reliable and always on time. Kept the car clean, took care of luggage, checked us in at our accommodation and made sure we liked our rooms Was very friendly but also professional . He was always there when needed but also left us alone when we wanted to spend time on our own.

The riads were all excellent and very different from one another, with lots of character.
We had a very comfortable and newer car, a Toyota Prado TX.
Our local guide in Fes, Ahmed, was amazing. He was very knowledgeable, pleasant and passionate about his home town and guided us through the fabulous souk of Fes.

One of the highlight of the trip was our desert experience and the stay at the luxury desert camp Madu and the camel ride at sunset and sunrise in the Sahara desert with our guide Said. It was awesome!

The riad Mimouna in Essaouira was superb with its location on the ocean.
It was the best way to see Morocco with the great job of Hamid in organizing our tour and Hassan to take us safely through this amazing country!

He always tried to make my lil one laugh throughout the trip
In the month of Ramadan where he was fasting from morning till 7.30pm without a drop of water, he never showed us any signs of tiredness and was always alert during driving and stopping at the best locations.

Heading to Morocco for the first time and as a solo female traveller, I was impressed with 7 Days Fun from first enquiry to last day of travel. They allowed me some flexibility in the itinerary so I could add two extra days (12 days total). I saw all the things on my list but there was so much more that Hassan, my driver/ guide, showed me that I wasn’t expecting when I first thought of Morocco as a destination. I couldn’t have been happier with how my tour turned out and highly recommend thecompany, tour and Hassan if you’re lucky enough to get him!

Where do I begin? Our expectations were more than exceeded during our December  trip to Morocco. I began corresponding with  Hamid Boujouija at 7 Days Fun in September and I was always so impressed with how quickly he responded to my inquiries. I was able to tailor the standard 10-day trip to include things that would appeal to my 15-year old daughters (sand boarding and quad riding).

We were a day late to Morocco because of a weather issue that caused a missed connection, but  7 Days Fun and Hamid quickly modified the program to adjust to the delay and see and do everything that was on the original itinerary. Hamid was the key to our outstanding trip and experience in Morocco. He carefully explained about the culture and history and patiently answered my questions about what I was seeing and experiencing. Excellent interpersonal skills with whomever we came into contact, even though I did not know what they were saying, I could tell that he treated everyone in warm and polite manner.

Seemed to arrange that we saw things in very special way, whether it was stopping to see the monkeys, which was a highlight for my daughters, going with the flow for an impromptu horse-back trek to the top of the mountain, stopping to see the sheep and goat shepherds, stopping for a snack at his uncle’s home or a lovely dinner in his hometown, complete with a special henna application for my daughters and me.

The memories are endless. I have read a lot of very strong reviews for other drivers associated with  Morocco Meta Adventures, but I feel like we had the best driver/tour guide that exists in the world. I loved his deep understanding of his country’s history and culture. What a treat it was to experience beautiful Morocco with the best one-on-one guide/driver, Hamid! It was emotional to say goodbye at the airport.

Separately, just wanted to let potential travelers to know that never once did I feel unsafe or vulnerable in Morocco.

Wow! What an amazing trip – completely enriched by going with 7 Days Fun. My travel partner did all the research for this trip and chose MET based on the many favorable reviews. I had no expectations except that we would be driven around Morocco and be given tours at designated noteworthy stops. To my delight, MMA provided so much more than that. Our driver and guide, Hamid, who is the founder of the company  was so generous and patient. And continuously shared with us his knowledge about Morocco.

During the hours we spent in the vehicle together traversing the countryside. Hamid answered question after question we peppered him with about Morocco’s culture. It’s history, landscape, people, geology, geography, plant life, animal life, religions, food, family. The travel business … You name it, we covered it – with a whole lot of laughs along the way.

He also gave us an overview and prepped us on what to expect with each stop. And generally made us feel safe (although the Moroccan’s we met were very friendly and kind. So I don’t think there was ever a reason not too) and cared for. He was always waiting for us with a smile when we finished a local tour. Met all our frequent requests for WC stops and provided properly tied head scarves for our camel trek in the desert! Our nightly accommodations were all top notch, and Moroccan hospitality was present at all.

All in all, it was just a wonderful trip. Having a guide with personal ties in Morocco made us feel as though we were visiting with a friend who was showing us around his country, which made all the difference in enjoying this adventure. If you are looking for an authentic experience with a personal touch, where nearly everything is prepared for you so you can have a completely hassle-free trip, book your tour with MMA. Now that I have had this experience, I will not travel any other way

We just finished a luxury, 10 day tour of Morocco starting in Casablanca and ending up in Marrakech. This was a private tour where Hamid picked us up at the airport. Drove us around the country in a great Toyota Land Cruiser. And dropped us back at the airport when we finished. MMA is a family owned company run by Mr Hmid Boujouija. He was our driver/guide is very knowledgeable of the country and culture and very pleasant to tour with. This was a private tour so we were able to stop when and where we wanted. And adapt the tour to our needs.

I got a cold along the way and shortened the days near the end, dropping some sights. Since it was a luxury tour, you stay in the best Riads. Very nice places with great restaurants. All tours were guided by locals who really knew the areas like the medina in Fez. The Roman ruins in Volubilis or the souks in Marrakech. We had a wonderful time riding the camels in the desert. Feeding the monkeys in the mountains and shopping for everything in Fez. The artisans there are amazing (leather, wood, ceramic, metal, carpet, cloth). Very well organized and executed tour.
